Free Shipping Rates:

• EclatNex offers free shipping on all orders over $200 within the contiguous United States.
• If an order is less than $200, shipping costs are determined based on package weight, size, and shipping distance from Cleveland, OH. Estimated delivery times will be provided with your order confirmation.

Shipping Guidelines

• Item Availability: While we strive to maintain inventory for all listed items, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders may ship without prior notification for out-of-stock items.
• Address Requirements: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided.
• Undeliverable Packages: Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees resulting from packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Lost or Delivered Packages: EclatNex is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date.
